அனிச்ச மலரும், அன்னப்பறவையின் இறகும் ஆகிய இவைகள் மாதரின் மெல்லிய அடிகளுக்கு நெருஞ்சிமுள் போன்றவை.

உலகம் மென்மைக்குச் சொல்லும் அனிச்சம் பூவும், அன்னப் பறவையின் இளஞ்சிறகும், என் மனைவியின் பாதங்களுக்கு நெருஞ்சிப்பழம் போல வருத்தம் தரும்.

அனிச்ச மலராயினும், அன்னப்பறவை இறகாயினும் இரண்டுமே நெருஞ்சி முள் தைத்தது போல் துன்புறுத்தக் கூடிய அளவுக்கு, என் காதலியின் காலடிகள்அவ்வளவு மென்மையானவை
