ஒரு பொருளாக மதிக்கத் தகாதவரையும், மதிப்புடையவராகச் செய்வதாகிய பொருள் அல்லாமல் சிறப்புடைய பொருள் வேறு இல்லை.

தகுதி அற்றவரையும்கூடத் தகுதி உடையவராக ஆக்கிவிடும் தகுதி உடையது, பணமே அன்றி வேறொன்றும் இல்லை.

மதிக்கத் தகாதவர்களையும் மதிக்கக்கூடிய அளவுக்கு உயர்த்திவிடுவது அவர்களிடம் குவிந்துள்ள பணத்தைத் தவிர வேறு எதுவும் இல்லை
